Usually when you go to ride a desert rally the last thing you expect is rain. I remember in 2004 I rode the Tuareg with Tom Beckett and we got stuck in a dry river bed when we were confronted with a fast moving 2m high wall of water. Seems like that is an experience the guys on this years rally are having.
