We are well down the path of building our next bikes. We have enough tube for 3 frames. Our plan is that one will be ridden by Geoff and the others will be for sale. We also want to fit in a streetracker but for us racing is always first.
Whats really nice about building the same thing more than once is you get to make some refinements. We got the headset cups and the swingarm bushes for the next bikes programmed on a CNC lathe. Everything is made for 4130 bar and the finish looks real nice. Cant wait to get Co-built number 2 on the jig. The motor mounting spacers are made so that will go on the jig first then we are just waiting fot the 4130 tube to arrive. Trouble is I know whats gogin to happen. I m going to see number 2 and want it for myself.

What size bearings do you use?
And would you consider selling a set of headset cups?

Yeah we would sell a set for sure. The bearing are a standard set from a KTM 450SXC. I can check the size and get back to you. Whats your email I will send you a drawing if you like.
