Wow, happy birthday Lew, doubt you remember but you gave a young lad from Wales some great tips at his 1st meeting in bristol on his 1st 500cc grasstrack meeting over the bridge nearly 20 years ago. Cheers it helped a lot!
There must be hundreds of todays riders who benefited from Lew's advice over the years. my first of him memory goes back to a tiny grasstrackat the Mount Poulner nr. Ringwoodwhere he was the winningest rider in about 1955, great then, great now. HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEW. Old Dickie
